I have witnessed people both adults and kids deal with their inner enemy.  That is that small voice in their head that is beating themselves up daily.

That little enemy will make us face relentless losing battles with negative self-talk and belief systems,  It can make us question our self worth, self value and our true potential.

But how do you fight an invisible enemy?

As a martial artist I like to teach how to visualize your  inner enemy as a formidable  opponent, just like at competition.

By using  affirmations, positive self-belief and self talk as if they techniques like kicks, punches, takedowns and submissions.

Next, create a culture with a  mentor or trusted inner circle group to express your feelings and self doubts openly.

If you are that mentor or part of that trusted inner circle listened attentively, and with empathy, help guide not push or judge.

If you are that person lean on them, listen and take the advise and directon.  Remember it’s progress daily that wins.

It will not be an overnight transformation, but with effort and consistent practice, you will begin weaken the inner enemy and it will start lose its control and power.

Positive self talk, positive actins and take time to  celebrating the small victories as you gain on your strengths, talents, and limitless potential, resilience to overcome challenges in in your life

You are greater than you may know.  Be the champion in life that you are.
